Dr. Kolade has over 20 years experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Kolade is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry, and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He also holds the American Psychiatric Association certification in psychiatric administration and management.
Dr. Kolade provides a tremendous wealth of professional experience in the delivery of care. Dr. Kolade was the program director at Sierra Vista Hospital in Sacramento, overseeing the Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Chemical Dependency Programs.
Dr. Kolade was the previous Medical Director of Hospital Psychiatry at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, CA from 2007-2009.
Dr. Kolade has worked as Director of Child and Adolescent psychiatry at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and also served as an Assistant Professor of psychiatry at the University of Florida, Tallahassee.
Additionally, Dr Kolade has worked in many settings including Forensic Psychiatric work at Napa State Hospital, Correctional Psychiatric work in the jail and prison settings and had a private practice/consultation service in the Bay Area servicing the needs of psychiatric patients in multiple Medical/Surgical Hospitals before relocating his practice to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Kolade attended medical school in the former Czechoslovakia, now Czech Republic. He received his General Psychiatric Residency at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and later finished his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami.
Dr. Kolade now holds clinical privileges with several partnering hospitals.
